Four Score Years And Ten: Sir Bindon Blood's Reminiscences
London, England: G, Bell And Sons Ltd., 1933. First. Hardcover. Very good / Good. Item #35687
First edition, very good black cloth hardcover with gilt decoration to cover shows rubbing to cover edges and bumping to corners, ownership marks at front pastedown, three line notation about Blood to front endpaper, mild foxing to page edges, browning and blind stamp to half title page, browning to last page of index and some other mild trace wear, in good price-clipped dust jacket that shows exposure darkening along spine, soiling, edgewear that includes open chips and closed tears with tape mends applied to same. Actually, still a fairly attractive copy of this hard to find title in the difficult dust jacket of these reminiscences of the legendary sportsman-soldier who "..held the record bag of fifty-seven tigers in India for many years.."
