Reprint, very good red cloth hardcover shows soil at page edges, toning at endpapers and some other light trace wear, in good + dust jacket that shows soiling, foxing at reverse, darkening along spine and edgewear that includes small chips and tears and larger open chip (inch by inch) at top edge of rear panel near spine head. 255 pages with illustration by Honor C. Appleton. Still a pleasing copy in jacket of this beloved work originally published as a play in 1911.
