First edition inscribed by Captain Terrell to Mrs. Jennie May Armstrong on the front endpaper, very good blue cloth hardcover (no dust jacket if issued) with gilt letter to cover shows mild bumping, rubbing and wrinkling to covers, light soil at page edges and some other mild trace wear. 101 pages with black & whites. Still a solid copy of this work by the prominent Texan that documents the city of Fort Worth's history and is inscribed to the first wife (Jennie May Armstrong) of noted Texas banker and oilman George W. Armstrong whom later relocated to Mississippi.
