Revised and greatly expanded edition, oversized, oblong hardcover shows heavy bumping to corners of front cover with bit of same to rear cover, in very good + dust jacket that shows bit of wrinkling at corners with heavier wrinkle and scotch tape mend at reverse of top corner of rear panel. 382 pages nicely illustrated in black & white with index, illustrated endpapers and appendix. Still a pleasing copy of this expanded edition featuring a large amount of additional material not present in the original edition of 1986.
