Very good, oversized (8 1/2 by 11 approx.) hole punch bound paperback with plastic strip backing shows some soil and shelf wear to paper covers including a couple of small edge tears and some other mild trace wear including city planning department ink stamp at title page. Still a pleasing copy of this 51 page survey nicely illustrated in black & white that was prepared for the City and State Historical Preservation Office that tells the history of Helena through its architecture.
