First American printing, very good teal cloth hardcover shows hint of bumping to corners and touch of soil at page edges, dust jacket remnants stuck at pastedowns, bit of toning and soil at endpapers, #46 written at top of front pastedown, paper remnant, ink stamps, name and date at front endpaper, what look like coffee stains to a handful of pages and some other very light trace wear, in good price-clipped dust jacket that shows tape reinforcement at top and bottom edges of jacket reverse, rubbing and soil to reverse as well, heavy toning and fade to spine though title is still visible, wrinkling, soil, staining and edgewear that includes closed tears and tiny chips. 250 pages. Solid copy in jacket of this main line Gervase Fen mystery from the noted British author.
