Near fine illustrated cloth hardcover shows touch of soil at page edges and some other light trace wear, else tight and clean, in very good dust jacket that shows mild soil, toning, bit of staining at bottom edge and edgewear that includes closed tears and couple of open chips at top edge. 632 pages with index, color photo endpapers and illustrations in color and black & white throughout. Still an attractive copy of "these prize-winning recipes kitchen-tested by the Culinary Arts Institute." Original title was the American Peoples Cookbook.
