Very good cloth hardcover with black letter and cameo illustration to cover and black letter to spine shows rubbing at cover edges with tearing to cloth at top edge of front cover near spine head, light bumping to corners, touch of soil to covers and page edges, bit of wrinkling to bottom half portion of spine, gift inscription at front endpaper, along with some other light trace wear, in very good price-clipped dust jacket that shows exposure darkening along spine and fore edges, wrinkling and a closed tear at spine, mild rubbing and soil, and edgewear that includes closed tears and very shallow open chipping (1/8 inch) and tape mends to areas of edges at jacket reverse. 208 pages illustrated. Still a pleasing copy in jacket of this "..stirring tale of the Blackfeet Indians.." from the noted author of Red Crow's Brother, On the Warpath, A Son of the Navahos, The White Beaver and many others.
