Hardcover. 2nd printing 1967, very good +, oversized (8 1/2 by 11 1/2 approx.) blue cloth hardcover shows soiling at page edges, previous owner marks and stamp at top of contents page and some other very minor trace wear, in a very good dust jacket (price at flap) that shows mild soil, a rub line or scratch at front panel and edgewear that includes small closed tears and couple of tiny open chips. 483 pages loaded with black & whites.
