Hardcover. 4th printing, very good + hardcover with glossy boards shows some small stains to front end paper mainly at lower half of fore edge, same small bit of staining at pages 290-291 and some other very light trace wear, in near fine dust jacket (price at flap) that shows just a touch of shelf wear. 384 pages very nicely illustrated. Still a pretty nice copy of this work where-in "the chef of the Gotham Bar and Grill offers not only recipes, but also a peek into the mind of a chef--sharing a host of suggestions, anecdotes, and advice designed to release the reader from recipe dependence and inspire him or her to think like a chef at home."
